Beth has the unique combination of a very efficient escrow officer and manager coupled with her absolute dedication to providing excellent service to her clients. It is her over three-decade career in the escrow profession combined with a service-oriented philosophy making it a critical element of her very successful career. Her training and experience allow her to process various escrows, including residential, short sales, 1031 exchanges, commercial, and land. Beth escapes from the daily grind finding her Zen and practicing yoga, travel, and spending time with her family.
DENA MUSGROVE
Escrow Officer
Dena has more than 25 years of experience in a wide variety of simple to complex transactions. She has skillfully closed 1000's of residential property escrows from $50,000 land sales to $14,000,000 estates. She has exceptional skills in handling probate and estate sales. Most recently also working with dozens of lenders and attorneys as they have completed complicated "short-sales," foreclosure avoidance sales, and other distress property sales. Dena is ready to deliver service from A to Z and beyond.

Debbie has been in the escrow business for over 20 years as an escrow officer and assistant. Running both a refi and a sale desk. She has also worked as an escrow coordinator for Real Estate agents giving her a well-rounded view of the real estate transaction.
